This emblem could have emerged 60 years ago, but it is contemporary. Besides its explicitly modernist character, the design also carries Japanese motifs.

In the curves, there's something architectural, resembling the entrance of a sanctuary. This additional image is well-suited for a university press.

Graphically robust and almost archetypal, the symbol is defined by symmetry and rhythmic repetitions.
